For Attendees:

• Event registration is free for attendees
• Registration does not guarantee entry if venue reaches capacity
• You must be 50 years of age or older to attend (or accompanying a qualifying attendee)
• FundayExpo reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees who violate event policies

For Vendors:

• Vendor applications are subject to approval
• Payment is required to secure booth space
• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event for a 50% refund
• Vendors must comply with all event rules and regulations

3. Code of Conduct

All participants (attendees, vendors, staff) must:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Follow venue rules and security instructions
• Not engage in illegal activities or sales of prohibited items

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and insurance
• Not make false or misleading claims
• Respect attendee privacy and comply with data protection laws
• Set up and tear down booth within designated times

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FundayExpo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

6. Photography and Media

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. FundayExpo may use these images and recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

FundayExpo shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, property damage, or loss at events
• Interactions or transactions between attendees and vendors
• Event cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, emergencies, etc.)
• Technical issues with website or registration systems

8. Event Changes and Cancellations

FundayExpo reserves the right to modify event details (date, time, location, format) or cancel events if necessary. In case of cancellation, registered attendees and vendors will be notified, and vendors will receive refunds as appropriate.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
